Oil Spill Response Drill completed successfully

On September 13th, 2018, Energean Oil & Gas and Kavala Port Authority have conducted an oil spill response exercise in the Epsilon field, as part of the GSP Jupiter pre-drilling campaign. The scenario consisted of A fuel oil leak from the storage tanks of the GSP JUPITER rig creates an oil spill having the potential to affect the shores of Kavala Gulf. The drill ended successfully after less than three hours and assesed and validated the implementation of the Oil Spill Response Plan, including procedures, training and capabilities of GSP and Eneregean, in collaboration with the Port authorities.
