GSP Internship Program

The GSP Junior Internship Program aims at providing selected students or recent graduates with coaching and guiding at the beginning of their professional career. Theoretical notions acquired during studies will be applied, helping students to develop their knowledge and perform activities they were prepared for, as part of an International Company. The project will enable the interns to explore career possibilities or gain experience necessary for developing intensive projects in the future. In this way, our program is the first step they will take towards personal and professional development.

At the end of the program every intern will be provided with an Internship Certificate based on the Mentor’s evaluation and, whenever required, with a proposal of joining GSP Trainee Program.

DURATION

Up to 6 months. The intern will have the following working schedule: – Monday to Friday: (6 h/day)

WHO IS SUITED FOR THIS PROGRAM ?

All students or recent graduates are welcome to apply for GSP Junior Internship Program, as their mandatory practice period and beyond that.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

  • Current student enrolled in any type of university or recent graduate (up to one year)
    * Please bear in mind that the main part of the Internship Program will take place in Constanta; accommodation is not included.
  • Good knowledge of English – both written and spoken – minimum B2 CEFR standard (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
    * Any other second foreign language may count as an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Communication skills and work ethic.
  • Adaptability and ability to learn.
    * Other relevant criteria may be developed based on number of available positions and applicants, and also based on specificity of each Department/Business Unit.

BENEFITS:

  • The interns will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment in an international company in the field of oil & gas
  • They will receive a monthly compensation of 50% of Romanian minimum gross wage.
  • The interns will be provided with an Internship Contract and, at the end of the Program, they will receive an Internship Certificate stating their performances.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Location: GSP Holding Offices – Constanta and Bucharest
    * Transport is provided in Constanta
  • All working tools will be provided to each intern in order to perform his/her duties.
