GSP Trainee Program

GSP Trainee Program is built on the need of constantly developing our human resources, in order to keep a high standard of the quality of our services, as a main part of GSP`s strategy and culture. The Program will take over from the GSP internship Programs, for the selected candidates, and will also welcome new candidates, with 1 to 3 years of experience in the respective line of activity, willing to learn and work within GSP, sharing its culture and values.

Upon the mentors’ evaluation, the trainees may become GSP employees for undetermined period, having the opportunity to have a successful career within our Group.

DURATION

Up to 24 months. The trainees will have the following working schedule: – Monday to Friday: (8 h/day)

WHO IS SUITED FOR THIS PROGRAM ?

Graduates from GSP Junior Internship Program, upon recommendation, and any other candidate with 1 to 3 years of work experience relevant for the position they will be selected for.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

  • Candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience (for the position they will be selected) willing to enroll this work & learn program, in order to prepare for a long term career within GSP, under the guidance of a mentor.

* Please bear in mind that the main part of the Trainee Program will take place in Constanta; accommodation is not included.

  • Following educational backgrounds will represent a plus: Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, Economics, Law.
  • Good knowledge of English – both written and spoken – minimum B2 CEFR standard (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

* Any other second foreign language may count as an advantage

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Communication skills and work ethic.
  • Adaptability and ability to learn.

* Other relevant criteria will be applied based on number of available positions and applicants, and also based on specificity of each Department/Business Unit.

  • Location: GSP Holding Offices – Constanta and Bucharest

* Transport will be provided for Constanta office.

  • All working tools will be provided to each trainee in order to perform his/her duties.
