DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE OF GSP INTERNSHIP & TRAINEE PROGRAMS
The GSP Junior Internship Program aims at providing selected students or recent graduates with coaching and guiding at the beginning of their professional career. Theoretical notions acquired during studies will be applied, helping students to develop their knowledge and perform activities they were prepared for, as part of an International Company. The project will enable the interns to explore career possibilities or gain experience necessary for developing intensive projects in the future. In this way, our program is the first step they will take towards personal and professional development.
At the end of the program every intern will be provided with an Internship Certificate based on the Mentor’s evaluation and, whenever required, with a proposal of joining GSP Trainee Program. Find out more and Apply for the GSP Internship Program
The GSP Trainee Program is built on the need of constantly developing our human resources, in order to keep a high standard of the quality of our services, as a main part of GSP`s strategy and culture. The Program will take over from the GSP internship Programs, for the selected candidates, and will also welcome new candidates, with 1 to 3 years of experience in the respective line of activity, willing to learn and work within GSP, sharing its culture and values.
Upon the mentors’ evaluation, the trainees may become GSP employees for undetermined period, having the opportunity to have a successful career within our Group. Find out more and Apply for the GSP Internship Program
The Selection process will include general and technical interviews with HR and Department/Business Unit representatives.
All applications will be revised in order to see if they meet our internal recruitment criteria and requests and the selected candidates will be contacted by the HR Department in order to schedule a first interview.
