GSP announces the completion of the pipeline installation activities at Galata Platform for Melrose Resources

GSP Bigfoot 1 has completed the installation of the 10-in and 6-in pipeline at Galata Platform.
According to the contract with Melrose Resources, the technical vessel installed 8.5 kilometers of 6-inch diameter pipeline, 14.5 kilometers of 10-inch diameter pipeline, as well as two secondary 1-inch diameter pipelines.
The subsea pipelines connect the Kavarna-2 and Kaliakra-2 subsea wellheads to Galata Platform.
The technical vessel returned to Constanta Sud – Agigea port and prepares for new pipeline operations.
GSP Bigfoot 3, the 300 men work and heavy lift technical vessel, carries out the completion operations and testing. The vessel is assisted by GSP Queen and Amber II.
