GSP UranusGSP is the contractor of the drilling works to be performed in the Istria block in the Black Sea, under a contract with OMV Petrom.

The drilling activities will be performed with GSP Uranus, a three legs, self-evelating unit, cantilever type, Marathon Le Tourneau Class 116-C design drilling rig, maximum water depth up to 100 m and 7.600 m maximum drilling depth. In 2013, the MODU has undergone an extensive modernization and reclassification process, an investment project worth over 44 mil. USD.
