C Master arrived in Constanta Sud – Agigea Port

The technical vessel entered port on the 18th of March.

The pipelay barge was carried onboard a semisubmersible barge to Tuzla in Turkey. After the unloading operation, the vessel transited the Bosporus strait, heading towards GSP’s Shipyard in Constanta Sud – Agigea Port.

C Master performs preparation activities Constanta in order to enter under contract for pipelay works on the Russian continental shelf. The vessel is programed for operations regarding the installation of the stinger which will allow pipes 20 inches in diameter to be laid on the bottom of the sea.

The pipelay barge was built in 2004. It already installed 800 kilometers of subsea pipelay in the Persian Gulf.
